To ensure that every recruitment we take on is successful, we work continuously with quality-related issues. We know that we are judged on the basis of our last recruitment and that every recruitment assignment that we perform is decisive for ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
The quality of our services should add the kind of value that makes the clients continue choosing Level Recruitment as a supplier. Quality is our most important competitive weapon, which means that each employee will perform their duties correctly, internally and externally, and deliver the service punctually. Through continuous development and improvement, and by always customising our services to our clients’ needs, we can keep and strengthen the confidence of our clients. Our processes should be hallmarked by the right level of quality, punctual delivery, exemplary service and efficiency.
To better understand how our clients perceive us as a supplier of recruitment services, we perform an evaluation after each completed recruitment. For every response that we get, we donate SEK 50 to the Swedish Childhood Cancer Fund. In 2020 our donations totalled SEK 7,500.
An e-mail is sent both to HR and the recruiting manager when a recruitment is completed where the parties involved rate our service on a scale of 1–5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest rating, based on the following points:
- Information prior to starting recruitment
- The recruitment consultant’s understanding of the position that is being recruited for
- Printed material
- Search match accuracy on presented applicants
- Communication during the course of the process
In 2020, our customers gave us an average rating of 4,17-4,85 on the above issues. We are pleased with this but not satisfied.
The client also assesses its general level of satisfaction with the completed recruitment. On a scale of 1–5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest rating, our clients gave us an average rating of 4.52 based on responses from 2020.
Our customers can of course comment on what they think of the completed recruitment. It can be presented in a word cloud where the most frequently occurring words are presented. The more frequently, the better.
We are well aware that hiring a new employee is a major investment for a company. In order to achieve the best possible results we are required, as a supplier, to be meticulous, sensitive to needs and efficient in our work.
