About the role
Adapteo is the leading partner for adaptable spaces in Northern Europe and offers circular building solutions.
In the role of Procurement Excellence within the Group Procurement department, you are part of an international team and collaborate with project managers across Europe. Your focus area is project management and tracking procurement goals, and one of your key projects is transitioning from a decentralized to a centralized procurement process. This entails a significant focus on Stakeholder management to support implementation in the various countries where operations are conducted. Additional tasks include managing and analyzing a substantial amount of data and tracking results related to the procurement process.
You also drive strategic work as you take ownership to harmonize the procurement process and optimize it. You conduct market analyses to prioritize and implement new processes and tools that can further enhance the procurement process. Your role is central to ensuring effective and well-structured procurement processes throughout the organization. As this is a new role, you are given the opportunity to influence its design.
The role includes responsibility for:
• The procurement process
• Driving the implementation of activity-based pricing
• Tracking progress in procurement initiatives at the group level and across business units
• Driving the digitization of procurement activities
• Sharing best practices
• Driving and actively participating in cross-functional improvement projects
Procurement Excellence reports to the VP of Group Procurement from the office in Solna. The role includes some travel, estimated at approximately once every other month.
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant university or college education in economics or science. You have experience in change and project management of cross-functional, international transformation or implementation projects. You have experience in cost-saving analysis and are accustomed to working with KPIs. You are also curious about the digitalization and automation of processes.
It is advantageous if you have experience as a management consultant or from the construction and assembly industries. It is a big plus if you have knowledge of procurement tools, especially modern, digital procurement solutions.
You express yourself fluently in English, both verbally and in writing; Swedish is advantageous.
