Design Manager to Bravida, Danmark

The Role

As Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and engaging the staff within the project. You will be responsible for detailed planning, implementation, and follow-up. You will assist in the execution of construction site coordination, planning, and providing detailed timeframes for design, construction, manufacturing, and other coordinating activities. Additionally, the Design Managern will plan the resources required for the implementation of design, construction, and coordinating activities.
It is also part of the Design Managern responsibilities to plan and follow up on the technical documentation structure. Other tasks beyond those mentioned may occur in the project, hence flexibility in the role is required to meet the client's demands.

Authorities and Responsibilities:

The Design Managern has the authority to decide on the technical execution of the projects. The role involves accountability for the results of their part of the contract. It also includes leadership over the employees in the position as well as partially operational work. You report to the Head of Engineering Design.

Bravidas office is located at Brøndby and Copenhagen, Denmark and travelling is included in the position.

Is this you?

We believe that you are a Civil or Mechanical Engineer specialized in Mechanical/ building/installation technology or equivalent, with experience in design planning, and accustomed to leading and coordinating design in larger and complex project organizations.
Experience in one or more areas such as development projects, construction projects, rock/tunnel, road and ground, design, Electrical, HVAC, or water supply and sewage is advantageous.

You have excellent proficiency in both spoken and written in English, as well as a B driver's license.
