At atNorth, we are seeking a CAPEX Controller to become an important part of our Business Control team by overseeing and manage development costs. With seven data centers in key Nordic locations and two additional sites on the horizon, they´re expanding their footprint to meet the growing demand for their services.
The Role
As a Cost Controller at atNorth, you will play a crucial role in controlling the financial nuances and efficiency of our operations and developments. Within the Business Control unit, your expertise will guide cost management strategies across the company, including project budgets, cost analysis, and financial forecasting. You'll be key in optimizing our cost flows, ensuring construction projects are examined for maximum efficiency and aligns with our strategic goals. You will act as a diplomatic partner and work with stakeholders within procurement, project management, and development teams to enforce financial discipline, identify savings opportunities, and mitigate risks.

Is this you?
To be successful in this position we see that you have a master’s degree in engineering or finance with 5+ years’ experience of working as a cost controller, investment controller or similar within an area related to engineering, construction, or infrastructure development projects. As a person you analytical, meticulous, and independent in your way of working. You take initiative to drive your work forwards and possess great communicative and diplomatic skills while having the experience of navigating stakeholders on different levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by having an impactful roll. Due to the rapid growth we are experiencing, it is important that you are not only stress resistant but also have a dynamic and flexible way of working as circumstances and needs can change quickly.
