The Role
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Sweden. You will be responsible for planning and execution of the business in Sweden. You recruit and develop your own KAM team and work in close co-operation with operations, R&D, finance, and marketing. In the role as Head of Sweden, you will work both operational and strategic towards key clients and with P/L responsibility. You will be responsible for growing the business in Sweden and challenge market leaders.
Is this you?
To be successful in this position you have relevant education and successful track record in growth in a similar position, with +10 years working with FMCG in Sweden. You are an experienced leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for consumer products.
You have excellent communication and language skills: fluent Swedish and English, other Scandinavian languages as advantage.
