Operations Manager, atNorth, Finland

Then, the role as Operations Manager Finland at atNorth might be your next step! There are three existing sites in Finland, where one is under construction.

The Role

As an Operations Manager, your responsibility covers overseeing atNorth data centers in Finland. Your responsibilities will involve the implementation of atNorth's policies, standards and quality work across all sites in Finland. In addition, you will have P&L responsibility for a team of data center technicians,site managers, AI operations team technicians, project managers and other functions at sites in Esboo, Helsinki and future Finland sites. As the company continues to expand, your role as Operations Manager will evolve to manage multiple sites.

Tasks:

  • Lead and be responsible for a team of data center technicians, project managers and other functions
  • Strategic planning and forecasts
  • P&L responsibility
  • Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
  • Develop, improve and implement routines, processes and standards
  • Responsible for safety and quality towards atNorth's customers
  • Be a part of the atNorth management team

As an Operations Manager, you will be part of the management team and report to the COO. The position is located in Esboo and Helsinki will involve travel within the Nordic region.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, we believe you have genuine experience in a similar position within data center industry. You have experience working in a rapidly growing company and are used to work in a business with focus on ISO Certification and compliance.
You communicate effectively in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
