Response management – Level handles all communications via e-mail and phone with the applicants on an ongoing basis during the recruitment process.

Telephone interviews – We hold a brief interview by phone to verify the criteria that you as a client require.

In-depth interview – An in-depth examination of the applicant’s CV, experience and personality in an interview with a recruitment consultant. An oral or written summary, delivered to you as a client.

Reference taking – To get a neutral picture of the applicant we will contact a set number of references. This is compiled either orally or in writing.

Level also offers separate tests and private advisory services to you as a client. We can customise a cost-efficient solution that fits your specific needs and requirements.
