An opportunity has arisen to fill a key role for Scandinavia’s leading airline. SAS is looking for a Sourcing Manager Fuel who understands the importance of the security of supply.
No Fuel, No Game!
The Role
On a weekly basis you will work closely with internal stakeholders within flight operations, finance, network planning and sustainability.
You will support the category manager with tenders and supply chain projects, always optimizing total fuel cost for SAS.
You will manage monthly volume nominations to suppliers, assist flight operations in case of supply disruptions and follow up and manage occurrence reporting/SafetyNet.
You will also support SAS to become a leading airline in sustainable aviation.
SAS head office is in Solna/Frösundavik, the position reports to Head of Fuel and Operations and is office based four days a week.
