Then this might be the right opportunity for you! We are looking for a Senior Parts Business Analyst and Developer to the world-leading water technology company Xylem.
The Role
As Senior Parts Business Analyst and Developer you will be part of the department Parts and Aftermarket Support at Xylem. You will be an important part of Xylem’s global offer providing a significant value to their customers and owners, and will strengthen the current capability to develop Xylem’s strategies and grow the parts business in the future.
In the role you will lead business development projects related to the Parts business, such as market investigations, set new marketing strategies, improving business models, etc. You will also participate and represent in strategical and tactical activities like activity plans, roadmaps, campaigns, product launches and internal/external communication initiatives in the department.
This position offers an opportunity to further developer and for the right person there will be good opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.
You report to the Senior Manager, Parts Business and Pump Serviceability and will be located in Sundbyberg. Travels occur but are limited.
Is this you?
To be successful in the role you have an MBA and/or MSc degree, preferably within mechanics or electro-technique. You have several years of experience from strategic positions or management in service, aftermarket and/or parts business. Since the daily work consists of both technical and business-related tasks, you need to have a wide understanding of technology in combination with great business instinct. You have experience from international business-to-business environments.
As a person you are goal and result oriented, take initiatives and are self-driven. You can influence and motivate others both indirectly and directly, and you have an openness and culture awarenesss. In addition, you are analytical but visualizing and have good people skills.
Fluency in English is a requirement. Swedish and more languages are appreciated.
