The Role
As IT Security Officer at Atlas Copco you will play a central role in shaping and assuring the IT Security from a strategic and operational aspect within the Industrial Technique Business Area. This includes reviewing and providing guidance related to IT security during the selection and implementation of platforms, applications and infrastructure for the business area and the group. In this role it is of great importance to sustain strong relationships internally and build strategic partnerships with peers and vendors externally.

The role as IT Security Officer also includes:

• Supporting R&D departments regarding the IT security aspects in the development of connected products
• Ensuring policies and the security framework is constantly evolving
• Working hands on to audit the adherence to security policies and together with stakeholders mitigate risks
• Educating the organization to minimize the human factor as a security risk
• Sharing synergies and best practices between units and within the Group
• Representing the business are in group contexts

The position is situated at our HQ in Nacka, Stockholm but the role also involves recurrent travel to other Atlas Copco locations across Europe, Asia and North America.

Is this you?
To be successful in this role we think you have some years specializing in the field of IT security and gathered a broad understanding of business processes and connectivity. Also, cross functional experience spanning over both business processes and technology, preferably in an international setting. Fluent in English, both in speech and writing is mandatory.
Further on, we think you have experience in managing transformation projects and new development projects as well as worked hands on with technology and integrations, especially solutions delivered by platform vendors such as Microsoft, SAP or Adobe.

A technical university degree in computer science (or similar), experience implementing ISO and/or working with IoT gives extra merit as well as experience from the manufacturing industry.
