The Role

As Cyber Security Specialist at Dometic you will play a central role in shaping and assuring IT Security and Connectivity from a tactical and operational perspective. This includes reviewing and providing guidance related to IT security during the selection and implementation of solutions – platforms, applications and infrastructure for Dometic. In this role, it is of great importance to build relationships and partnerships with peers internally and with vendors externally.

The role as Cyber Security Specialist also includes:

• Working with the Group IT teams to ensure a security-first mindset throughout the development and maintenance cycles (ITARB, Cyber Security Forum, training etc.)
• Design and change approval for Cyber Security related settings
• Maintain and develop security platform (Z-scaler, Defender ATP, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Log monitoring
• SOC/ SIEM (Coordinate and moderate, SLA, KPI etc.)
• Working hands on to audit the adherence to security policies and mitigate risks
• Patch management process owner
• IAM (Coordinate, moderate the Identity area, Internal, B2B, B2C)
• Writing document guidelines and outlining process
• Risk assessments

In the role you will also support 2nd and 3rd line support for infrastructure platforms to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met, both related to incidents and service requests as well as securing strategic projects were identity or security operations are key. The position is situated at Dometic HQ in Solna, Stockholm.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, we also think you have some years specializing in the field of IT and/or Cyber security. You have gained a broad understanding of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines as well as business domain and process understanding. You also have experience with automation and identity integration, and knowledge of incident and problem analysis.

Furthermore, we think you can design, implement, and maintain cyber security processes and hold vendor engagement skills. Also, a solid understanding of ZScaler, Defender ATP, Palo Alto, Microsoft Identify Manager. Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, ADFS and Single Sign-On.

A technical university degree in computer science (or similar), IT/OT convergence and experience from manufacturing industries gives extra merit.
