Product Quality Assurance Manager, DeLaval

DeLaval is now looking for an experienced Product Quality Assurance Manager to support their product development and product management teams, to improve the ability of innovation with both speed and quality.
As Product Quality Assurance Manager, you will have an important role in leading the work to ensure that the solutions are fulfilling their requirements and are reliable during their life cycle, by establishing new and improve existing ways of working. One of the main goals is to increase time to market and at the same time ensure quality and reliability in DeLaval offerings.

As the Product Quality Assurance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Manage, improve and develop relevant parts of DeLaval quality management system
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are trained and educated in the best ways of working
- Guide, support and follow up adherence to agreed processes
- Act as the DeLaval expert in quality assurance methods for product quality and reliability
Product Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Quality and Compliance Director and the position is fulltime and placed at DeLaval’s office in Tumba, Stockholm.
Is this you?
We are looking for someone with a University degree in engineering or equivalent.
You have solid experience from developing ways of working in product development to ensure product quality and reliability. Moreover, you have profound knowledge of the Quality and Reliability “toolbox” (i.e FMEA, DfX, Six Sigma and more) in combination with experience of Agile ways of working.
To be successful in the role, you have relevant experience in similar areas, like quality management, process development or project management in an international industrial company.

Your high level of initiative demonstrates a sense of self-drive, self-awareness, insight and personal motivation. We also believe that you have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
Strong oral, written and presentation skills in English are required.
