The Role

As the SAP Super Key User, you will play a key role in driving ERP process development, digitalization, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing organization. Acting as the local SAP expert, you will support the business in optimizing processes, strengthening system capabilities, and ensuring effective utilization of SAP across the factory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the first point of contact and support for local Key Users.
• Supporting ERP-related projects and ensuring successful implementation of new processes and solutions.
• Documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Developing and delivering SAP training to increase system knowledge and user adoption across the organization.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the factory's digitalization journey.
• Contributing to smart manufacturing initiatives and helping bridge the gap between technology, systems, and operational needs.

The role is based on the Tumba site, where you will work closely with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations. You will report to Production Planning Manager Europe and become an integral part of his organization, supporting both local and global transformation initiatives.

Is this you?

To be successful in this position you hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, data communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

You have experience working in manufacturing operations in Sweden and possess a strong understanding of production processes and local ways of working. In addition, you bring hands-on experience with SAP and other business systems, combined with knowledge of Lean principles and Industry 4.0 applications within a manufacturing environment.

You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with stakeholders as well as delivering training sessions. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage but are not required.
