Do you want to play a key role in strengthening Vaultica’s commercial position and driving growth in a fast‑expanding, international data center organization? Vaultica is now seeking a Sales Executive to accelerate market development in Norway by building strong customer relationships, driving new business, and contributing to the company’s long‑term commercial strategy.
This is an opportunity for a sales professional who combines consultative selling with strong business insight and the ability to navigate the technical, operational, and financial dimensions of complex infrastructure deals. In this role, you will work closely with regional leadership while contributing to increased data center occupancy, stronger market presence, and scalable commercial processes across the organization.
Don’t miss the chance to join a dynamic and growing pan‑European data center platform where customer proximity, collaboration, and operational excellence define how business is done — and where your work will have a direct impact on Vaultica’s continued development.
The role
The sales function plays a central role in strengthening Vaultica’s commercial footprint and securing long‑term customer growth. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing the Norwegian market by identifying new business opportunities, building a healthy sales pipeline, and securing high‑quality customer engagements from first contact to contract signature.
You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales and collaborate across technical, operational, and commercial functions in Europe. The role involves presenting technical colocation solutions, understanding customers’ capacity and security requirements, and managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Your responsibilities span commercial development, customer relationship management, and contributions to strategic go‑to‑market initiatives for Norway.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Is this you?
To succeed in this role, you bring solid experience in B2B sales (5+ years) within a consultative, solution‑oriented environment, where you are accustomed to managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You are confident engaging with both technical and commercial decision‑makers and can build credibility at different levels of an organization. You have a strong ability to translate customer requirements into clear, value‑driven solutions and navigate decision processes that often involve detailed technical documentation, commercial evaluation, and long‑term planning.
You work independently and take full ownership of your pipeline while contributing to a collaborative and transparent team culture. You are structured, persistent, and comfortable handling a combination of operational sales activities and more strategic, long‑term account development. You appreciate working in an international environment where you engage with colleagues across functions and geographies, and where priorities can shift as the organization continues to grow.
Experience from data centers, IT infrastructure, energy, finance, or other technology‑driven industries is highly valuable, and experience working with longer sales cycles is an advantage. You communicate clearly and professionally and are fluent in both Norwegian and English, enabling you to represent Vaultica effectively in customer interactions across markets.
As this position requires security clearance under Norwegian national security regulations, Norwegian citizenship is mandatory. Only candidates who meet the requirements for security clearance can be considered for the role.
