Would you like to be a part of a company that is in an exciting phase of growth and expansion? atNorth is looking for an expert in data center controls, a Subject Matter Expert (SME), to join our team in Data Center Facility Operations.
The Role
The Controls Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for optimizing the delivery and operation of our Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure it is completed on time, is safe, robust, reliable, and conforms to our design and quality requirements.
You will support internal cross-functional teams, lead installation and commissioning efforts at the project level, oversee quality, and be able to adapt quickly in an evolving environment. Our data centers form the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure operates efficiently and where our innovative services are delivered.
As the Controls SME, you will also be responsible for procedure-based controls equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight. You will support daily data center operations and global quality/standardization initiatives and have a working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Tasks:
The position is in Akalla and will involve travel within the Nordic region monthly. You will report to the Hyper Scale Director.
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, we believe you have genuine experience in a similar position within data center or manufacturing industry. You have experience from working towards standards and client expectation. It´s meritorious if you have worked in a rapidly growing company and is used to work in a business with business focus.
You communicate effectively in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
Furthermore, you communicate effectively and take pride in your ability to follow up and drive progress in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
