The Role
As a Program Manager you will play a crucial role for the System Delivery Team within Product Development where you align different stakeholder priorities and make sure that all the projects within software development proceeds as planned.

The role works primarily with software. You also need to see the bigger picture and comprehend the interface to hardware/mechanics in the development of the future DeLaval products.
You will be a member of the Software Program Team which supports the agile software development teams within Product Development. Your primary contacts will be Product Owners, Line managers, Test managers, Project Managers and Test Leads. You will work with 16 different development and test teams, in total 70 members. The teams are mainly based in Sweden and Poland, but you will also interact with colleagues in USA and China with a great possibility to make a positive impact on both people and products.

Is this you?
To be successful in this position we believe you have a technical university degree and several years of working experience leading Software Development either as project- program- or product manager. In addition, you have good knowledge and understanding of the development processes in a large R&D organization. We also think you have solid experience from agile methodologies and experience using of Jira and/or similar Project Management tools. Fluent in English, both in speech and writing is mandatory.

It is very important that you are a good communicator with ability to communicate with both business and strategic stakeholders as well as with technical development teams. You are also a team player who work well in a multinational set up.
