The role

As an important part of this transformation journey, we are now looking for a driven and committed EHS BP focusing on Health & Safety for the group’s site in Vamdrup, where insulation and insulation solutions are manufactured under the Isover brand. The role will play in a key position in terms of driving the development and implementation of work environment and safety work with the primary focus on the site in Vamdrup. You will act as a strategic advisor but also be responsible for driving operational implementation, development and follow-up of health and safety work. The role works closely with the site’s management team while being a present, visible and operational resource in the business.

The role belongs to the Nordic & Baltic EHS team, and you report to EHS Manager Denmark. The position is located at the Isover factory in Vamdrup.
Is this you?
To be successful in the role of EHS BP focusing on Health & Safety, we are looking for someone with at least five years of experience from a similar role where you have successfully driven strategic and operational improvement work in the work environment and safety. Furthermore, you have experience of and an interest in working with physical safety issues such as machine safety, high-altitude work and more. You probably have a background from the manufacturing industry, technology/installation or you have a consulting background, preferably in an international context. You have good knowledge of accepted laws and regulations in the field of work environment and safety and have a genuine interest in the area.
We would like you to have a post-secondary education relevant to the position, or you have gained equivalent experience through work.
