IT Manager to Aaro Systems, Stockholm

The role

As IT Manager your main objective is to lead and develop the IT department and the related products and services they provide. Today your team consists of eight technicians (and growing), which you have full personnel responsibility for. You are also responsible for the IT department budget. As IT Manager, you will be accountable for executing and enabling the set strategy for Aaro, and integrating policies across several departments, as well as contribute to strategic policy decisions.

In the position you will represent the IT department in different product boards and support the sale organization with technical know-how. A lot of emphasis will be put on managing and developing the Aaro SaaS-solution and therefore a close and rich collaboration with the development department is essential.

As IT Manager you will be a part of the management team and report directly to the COO. The position is fulltime and placed at Aaro Systems HQ in central Stockholm.

Is this you?

To be successful in the role, we believe that you have a couple of years of experience as a manager for a technical team within infrastructure or IT operations. Another possible background could be a couple of years of experience as a team lead within high-tech cloud solutions. Further on, we see that you have knowledge about IT Infrastructure design and/or architecture (both on-prem and cloud) and experience working with Azure, AWS or similar public cloud service and monitoring.

Earlier experience from ISO 27001, consultancy- or pre-sale roles, experience from a product company within financial software and/or technical university degree gives extra merit(s).
