Senior Key Account Manager to Arnon, Stockholm

The Role

We are currently seeking a driven and strategic Senior Key Account Manager to join the growing commercial team. This is a key role where you will manage and expand relationships with some of Arnon´s most important international clients. You’ll be the bridge between Arnon and global accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities for business growth—particularly within industrial automation and electrification.

As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of strategic global clients. Your focus will be on understanding their business needs, delivering exceptional value, and identifying new vertical opportunities within their organizations.

Key focus areas include:

  • Account Management: Primarily focusing on growing and nurturing the relationship with ABB, one of their biggest clients. This includes stakeholder management, understanding their needs, and identifying new business opportunities within various ABB divisions.
  • New Business Development: While the initial focus is on existing accounts, the Key Account Manager will eventually take on responsibilities for expanding into new customer accounts.
  • Technical Understanding: The role requires a strong technical foundation to effectively communicate with clients' engineers, understand their needs, and position Arnon's solutions.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Lars and the technical support team in Finland to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with both client objectives and Arnon’s growth strategy.

Arnon´s office is located in Haninge so closeness to Stockholm office is preferred. Arnon has a hybrid work model.

Is this you?

To be successful in this position you have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales or business development role within a relevant industry. This could include experience selling electrical components, industrial automation solutions, or working with similar technical products. Experience working with global accounts and managing complex sales cycles is highly desirable.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. However, equivalent experience combined with a strong technical foundation may be considered. Fluency in English is essential as it's the primary language used with clients and international colleagues. Swedish skills are desirable for effective communication within the Swedish branch.
