Your Responsibilities

As a Lead Architect IT, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the IT landscape within an international corporation undergoing transformation. You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategic IT solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring a scalable and efficient infrastructure. This role combines Enterprise and Technical Architecture expertise driving innovation through cloud adoption, optimizing system integrations, and enhancing data management strategies to support the organization's growth and digital evolution.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Defining and managing the overall IT architecture, including cloud strategy (Azure), integrations, and data management.
• Play an important role in our digital transformation projects, such as the rollout of a new ERP system (Infor M3 Cloud), e-commerce development, and the implementation of integration solutions.
• Ensuring IT architecture aligns with business processes and drives efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to align IT strategy with business needs.
• Leading the development and implementation of a data management and governance framework, ensuing high data quality, security, and accessibility across the organization
• Leading the development of Business Intelligence and Business Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven insights and decision making across the organization
• Leading and developing a Data Steward from start and a team of architects and IT specialists in the future.

Your Profile

We are seeking an experienced IT leader with a strong understanding of business processes and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience, with 7-10+ years in IT architecture, including at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or similar role. Expertise in Azure and DevOps processes is essential, along with a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, integrations, and data management.
In addition to technical expertise, personal qualities are highly valued. We are looking for someone who is driven and result-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset and a solutions-focused approach. Clear and effective communication skills are key, as you will need to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. A collaborative, relationship-building attitude is essential for working with teams and partners. Flexibility and adaptability are also crucial, as you will be navigating an ever-changing IT landscape. Experience working in an international corporation, managing IT functions during expansion phases (including acquisitions), and working in regulated industries is highly advantageous. Previous experience as a hiring manager is also a plus. Proficiency in English is important, and knowledge of Swedish is valued.
