Are you a communicative and committed Project Manager who delivers according to schedule and budget? We are now looking for a Project Manager, for Stockholm School of Economics, who will manage a project portfolio aimed at creating a standardized data governance structure and optimized processes.
The 50% assignment will start in December and is expected to last until the summer of 2026. Preferably we are looking for an independent consultant.
The role
As a Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for successfully running and coordinating the project. You will be involved in every phase of the project and ensure that all aspects, from time planning to compliance with legal requirements and internal communications standards, are handled in the best way. This is both a strategic and operational role.
Your main responsibilities will include overall project management, time-line management and coordination of technological sub-projects. Stockholm School of Economics has internal stakeholders and project members who will be involved in the project. You will also be responsible for drafting and implementing an effective project plan, considering both budget responsibility and available resources.
As Project Manager, you will be the central point of contact for project owners and a steering group, and continuously report on the project's progress and development. You will be responsible for establishing all necessary documentation and ensuring that quality management is followed mutinously throughout the project.
In this role you need to manage a project portfolio aimed at creating standardized data governance structure and optimized processes, both for internal and externa use. You will lead efforts to develop a viable technical infrastructure that enables comprehensive stakeholder profile data to be shared across all SSE units.
