The Position
As a Business Process Strategy Leader you will be part of a team that that manages the global processes Offer to Order and Delivery to Customer service. These are 2 out of 4 global processes that forms our ways of working and the other main processes are: Idea to offer and Order to delivery.
You will secure implementation of standard solutions and ways of working, that can scale and be easily supported and in line with our target architecture. Use best practice from Market Areas and take direction from solution architects and specialists to follow standards defined by DeLaval governance forums.
Work mainly on activities with focus on the following process steps:
The role supports the Global Business process owners (BPO) by driving implementation of IT-tools where BPO decides ways of working. Run such agile development activities together with Global IT Product owners and Market Area reference teams.
You will be responsible for generating ideas of how to further develop and improve ways of working that add value to key stakeholders (DeLaval, Dealers, Customers).
As an employee of DeLaval you will get the opportunity to work in a beautiful environment in Tumba south of Stockholm. Global travelling will be part of this position, you will report to Head of Offer to Order and Delivery to Customer service.
