Field Sales Manager till 3A Composites, Business Unit Display Sverige Scandinavia

About the role

As a Field Sales Manager for the Business Unit “Display” you will develop sales markets in Scandinavia and the Nordic countries. Your main priority will be to generate new business and spend less time on established distribution partners and their business. Your job is to find the right positions and path to the market you want to reach. 3A Composites is already on the market, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the journey ahead is as desired. You report directly to the Sales Team Leader Display.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Achieving and improving sales results for a broad portfolio of shield materials like for example rigid foam plastic sheets, lightweight foamboards, aluminum composites shields and much more) for display products for the field of visual communication.
    • Identifying sales opportunities and new demand for products by creating strong relationships with OEM-customers, fabricators, and designers/ architects
    • Motivating and supporting distributors through successful project management and specifications
    • Motivating and training distributors and decision-makers by delivering product presentations and expertise.
    • Creating brand value through successful specifications with final OEM-customers, designers, and architects and bringing business to distributors in this way
    • And much more.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, you need to have good experience in the display market (product and/or market knowledge), ideally combined with several years of experience as a sales representative. We require at least 3 years of experience in similar sales roles, preferably in a role where you have had close dialogue with OEM-customers, end-customers, fabricators, and designers. Since the role involves contact and dialogue with many different types of people in many different ranks, you are probably a person who thrives with a large contact area.

Skills required for the role:

    • Post-secondary commercial education and/or higher education/diploma/work experience in sales and marketing.
    • Knowledge of the display market (product and/or market knowledge), ideally combined with several years of work experience, preferably as a sales representative.
    • Fluency in Swedish and English in both writing and speech. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft, CRM systems, and SAP is an advantage.

Merits for the role:

    • Existing network of potential customers in the OEM sector and/or end-customers, such as retailers, hotel chains, gas stations, etc.

The role requires minimum 50% of the working time on the move, within Sweden, in Scandinavia, the Nordic countries and to the HQ in Germany as well. Best place to live would be around Malmö.

Additionally, you are a true relationship builder with strong communication skills, flexible and supportive in nature. You are driven and motivated by your own responsibility and are good at prioritizing correctly to achieve clear deadlines. To be successful in the role, you are creative and work proactively. In addition to this, you are a team player who can communicate and express yourself in a service-oriented and humble way. Curious, loyal, and businesslike are qualities that we value highly.
