The Position
As a Business Process Strategy Leader you will be part of a team that that manages the global processes Offer to Order and Delivery to Customer service. These are 2 out of 4 global processes that forms our ways of working and the other main processes are: Idea to offer and Order to delivery.
As owner for global customer data and installed base data you define in close cooperation with Market Areas, Supply chain and Product management & development teams, which data is relevant to maintain. You also support Business process owners (BPO) and other roles that depend on availability of such up-to-date information.
In relation to master data you:
You will also own the Customer Identity and access management (CIAM) processes for external users. This includes compliance with consent, data storage and other related areas. You participate in activities where master data is a key component and you follow-up of implementations made to make continuous improvements where needed and to learn and build experience that you share across teams.
