The Role
As Technology Operations Manager at JLL you need to be able to work with many projects at once and have many points of contacts. Both locally and globally. You will oversee JLL Sweden and IFM (Integrated Facilities Management) in the Nordics, while supporting JLL Finland when needed.
Locally you are the point of contact with most of the Technology vendors, the resource and deskside engineer on the ground as well as the innovator bringing in innovative technology to the business. You will also work closely with the local marketing department as well as HR (Human Resources). With the marketing department you will be working on the technical aspects on projects such as Podcasts and Webinars. With the HR department you make sure you are aligned with the future need of hardware for new starters and leavers.
Globally you are the resource onsite and involved in all global projects making sure your region is in line with all global standards. Could be anything from verifying that Wi-Fi, network, and servers work after a central upgrade to making sure all computers have the latest Windows update before the deadline is breached.

To be successful at this work you need to have the ability to work with many tasks at the same time, also to plan the work for hall organization. You will manage Server, host and edit Webinars, manage local Intranet based on SharePoint Online, And support the business in all IT-related questions. You will also manage the IT-budget for the region, and the physical office security in Stockholm (Create/amend door entry tags and liaise with landlord)
