The Risk Control Function supports the business operations with independent supervision and advice, and is following up on all risks EnterCard is exposed to. We are responsible for ensuring that EnterCard has a sound risk framework. Together we support EnterCard to identify, measure, govern, internally report and exercise control of risks.

In this role, you will;
• Drive topics related to the framework for credit risk management
• Identify, validate and monitor credit risk throughout the organization, including model validation
• Contribute to regular risk reporting to senior management and the board
• Monitor and validate credit risk indicatiors, risk appetite and tolerance levels
• Contribute to maintain an awareness about credit risks within the organization

You need to have knowledge about standards and procedures in the credit risk area and like to work with huge datasets. In order to drive topics within the organization you need to have strong communication skills, have a flexible mindset and appreciate teamwork. We are looking for a candidate with experience from a financial institution or regulated authority and has previously focused on credit risk related topics.
We want you to be experienced, curious and have a learning mindset. In this position you need to have basic understanding about credit risk models and the concepts of PD/EAD/LGD and strong skills in Excel. Preferably you have also knowledge in SAS, SQL, Python or similar.
