Marketing & Event Coordinator, Recipharm, Stockholm!

We are looking for a talented coordinator with the ability to provide high quality and proactive support in a complex global environment. Are you the one?

The Role

As Marketing & Event Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• providing administrative support to the marketing and the global sales organisations.
• organising and manage marketing collateral.
• assisting with social media and website content.
• creating reports on marketing performance.
• booking, organising and coordinate the company’s participation in global customer events, virtual and face to face.
• oversee coordination of production and shipping of booth materials (booth graphics/portables, pop-ups, furniture, services, etc.).
• oversee the event execution and conduct post event analysis.

In this role you are part of the global marketing team, work closely with agencies and towards the global sales organisations in Europe, Asia, and North America, who will depend on your prompt and professional service. You will be working independently, planning, and organising work to meet specific timelines and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner.

In this role you will report to Director Corporate Development and the position is placed at the HQ Office in Stockholm.

Is this you?

We are looking for someone with a post-graduate education or longer relevant acquired work experience. The right candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience from a role with similar responsibilities and thrives in a position where you provide first-class administrative service. You have experience working B2B in a complex environment across national borders.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and are interested in working globally. You have good command and is an experienced user of Microsoft office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other work-related tools.
