At Level, Headhunting Light means that we contact a list of people chosen by you. This service is ideal for those who feel unable to contact these people because of ethical or competition-based reasons. Level contacts the applicants with a professional and discrete approach.
Headhunting Light has three steps:
Step 1 Contact with the applicant
Level conducts a telephone interview to check that the candidate is interested. If the applicant is interested, they are informed about the position and the company in question.
Step 2 Second contact with the applicant
Level contacts the applicant a second time to find out if the applicant wishes to continue with the process. If so, Level notifies the applicant that their CV and presentation will be sent to the client.
Step 3 Customer takes over the process
The last stage is where you as a client take over contact with the applicant.
The assignment is considered completed when the applicant applies for the position or when the applicant withdraws from the process.
